On Food: Although alternatives may be available, they are definitely not the most nutritious or appetizing; with most students clinging to the fact that one day they'll be able to take delicious refuge off campus. In terms of healthy options, it is apparent that steps have been taken to ensure the decision to eat healthier foods. However, most students would agree that it isn't the best-tasting, some even arguing that it shouldn't even be called food. Overall, it could use some work.

On Teachers: The teachers are generally great, and although there are a few that don't completely fit that characteristic, they are readily available to help students learn. Another positive point is that they encourage participation and, in the best cases, help foster academic growth even outside of the classroom and the subject they teach.

On Academics: As an AP student, and one who participates in a lot of extracurricular activities, I can say that at times school may seem overly stressful. The academics at the school are pretty good, maybe even a bit above average in some areas, and although there is room for academia-induced stress, the course or teacher is usually not at fault. I would however, complain that a significant amount of the teachers could do a better job, as some don't necessarily teach a lesson but instead rely on the students and hand ut worksheets. This I unfortunately say from previous experience.

On Student Culture & Diversity: One thing I have noticed throughout my high school career is the seeming absence of cliques. Although, as in most schools, they are present; they aren't really a big issue or concern. Because I am have a close circle of friends with common ideas about (high school and general) life and sociey, I don't often deal with peer pressure or other challenges. However, I am not blind, and I do see others experiencing such things but it doesn't seem to be extreme.

On Health & Safety: It is a bit hard to rate in regards to this topic, primarily the drug issue, as I myself (and my friends) do not participate in such activites. However, as expected in a high school environment, word travels fast and I unfortunately have heard tell of such activites being participated in by many of my peers. Therefore I can conclude that the health safety is fairly above average, if not below. Furthermore, general safety is pretty good, there are a few local police officers and school administrators/VPs regulating and monitoring activity, such as fights and other innappropriate behavior among the student body.
