On Food: I was always stuck eating in the cafeteria because I got my license late in the year, but I didn't mind since they always had pizza, and I always had reduced lunch. Our school was forced halfway through the year to change the food they were offering to a more healthy choice. Many students were disappointed with this. Students had one hour off campus lunches (which was amazing incentive to keep your grades up and stay out of tutorials).

On Overall Experience: I have had several great experiences at this school mostly involving teacher-student interactions; however, in the same light, I have had several negative experiences. If I were to attend this school again, I would become more involved in different clubs and organizations. It is easy to get lost in the crowd.

On Student Culture & Diversity: There are several different types of students. I attended a large high school where there were lots of cliques, but students could move in and out of certain cliques because there were so many. Almost every student could agree on one thing: school spirit. From personalized tshirts, to all orange and blue bodies, many students were involved in the school spirit. It was easy to make friends because there were so many different types of students.

On Academics: I was not impressed by the way "regular students" are not pushed to learn things on their own. While students in advanced classes received an incredible education, those in regular classes were given the "easy way out". I believe that tutorials were very much so available and often required for those not passing a particular subject.

On Administration & Policies: I sometimes felt that the principals were very helpful and quick to deal with important issues. At other times, they could be so wrapped up in a simple thing such as dress code that they forgot to deal with the guy carrying drugs around. I was not always impressed by the fairness of the principals and other administration. I was impressed with the guidance counselors as they were very helpful. Our school was very strict about attendance and dress code.
