Student Culture & Diversity: My school is very internationally and socio-economically diverse. At times this works against itself when people end up clinging to others who share the same homeland, the same first language, or household income; however, this sometimes heterogeneous mixture always ends up becoming one united body. Events like International Night and Red Devil Day (the school's orientation day -- students also get their schedules, pick out their lockers, and end up meeting new people before school even starts) bring students and staff from various backgrounds together.

Sports & Fitness: Though our teams may not have national recognition, most of the students at my school participate in some kind of sport because they offer an opportunity to develop unforgettable relationships with fellow team members and coaches. No matter what sport the students at my school participate in, they end up doing the one thing that they're supposed to do in high school -- making memories and having fun!
