Palm Desert High School Reviews
Rating 3.62 out of 5 559 reviews
My high school experience has had ups and downs, both with teachers and staff, and peer relationships/ experiences. Freshman year I had a mixture of friendships, but it was also easy to get wrapped up in drama. I had conflicting relationships with teachers. Now that I am comfortably in my third year at this school, I can say I have met many good people. It is easy to build friendly relationships with teachers, and everyone in my classes gets along. I have been able to maintain academic success throughout my high school career and I believe this school has helped me greatly in preparing for college.
The past three years I have attended Palm Desert High School have been incredibly valuable to my future. I feel that PDHS is a school that fosters creativity and excellence in all aspects of a student's life. At PDHS, students are fully supported by an amazing faculty team. Teachers and staff are always willing to support students in any way possible. Many exceptional staff members go above and beyond daily to ensure that the needs of all students are met. One of my favorite things about Palm Desert High School is the variety of opportunities offered to students. PDHS offers many different programs and pathways, such as Career Technical Education programs for Music, Dance, Engineering, Theatre, Film and Broadcasting, BioMedical Sciences, just to name a few. Each program is equally supported and all students are encouraged to explore their interests and are fully assisted along the way. I am incredibly grateful that I am able to attend Palm Desert High School.
Palm Desert High School efficiently prepares students for college or the desired career path of each student. Its sports are some of the top performing ones in the district. Its facilities and teachers are great.
