Stevenson has wonderful teachers, learning resources, and academic vigor. Not only do the teachers encourage the hard work of every student, but the teachers also enjoy their jobs which contributes to the students' motivation to learn. The students at Stevenson are also extremely friendly compared to many other schools, creating a welcoming and peaceful environment. So many learning resources are also available to students throughout the day. At any time, a student can go to the Learning Center and get help from the teachers that work there. The teachers in the Learning Center know what each class is teaching and can always help. In addition to the amazing learning opportunities, students have a variety of options when joining clubs and sports.

Stevenson is a high school that continually pushes its students to be better. Students are expected to take multiple accelerated, honors, and AP courses each year as well as stay involved in sports or other activities. Teachers cared about the students' and their progress and well-being, and made classes interesting. Every student's needs could be satisfied because Stevenson's course offerings, sports, and clubs were endless. Students are well-prepared, sometimes even over-prepared, for college because of how challenging the school is. I am grateful that I was able to go to such an enjoyable and high-ranked high school, and will always miss my high school days because of Stevenson.

Stevenson High School has an abundance of opportunities available to students who apply themselves. However, it is not a school tailored to those who are not willing to work hard. There is little to no fallback for those who are not extremely motivated, and this makes it a school for "elites" in terms of academic determination. The facilities and extracurricular activities at the school are top notch, including anything a student could ever hope for from archery to Photography and engineering labs to food prep kitchens. Overrall, the school experience is top notch, but there is a push towards the top leaving the average kids behind and even contributing to a bit of a cheating culture because of the desire to stay on top.
