Food: The food services proud a fair amount of healthy options. For the most part the food is of high quality and has variety. I know they offer a gluten free area of dietary accommodations.

Teachers: I absolutely loved all my teachers in high school and never had a major problem with any of them. The teachers at Aledo use similar teaching styles, so the consistency makes it helpful when moving from each classroom. Each teacher cares for her students and wants the absolute best for each individual.

Administration & Policies: Our administration takes discipline very serious and plays no favorites when handing it out. They take dress code extremely serious and make no exceptions to any clothing that does not meet the guidelines in the student handbook.

Sports & Fitness: Being a part of the athletic program was incredible at Aledo. I knew the whole entire school would be at each sporting event and that made playing so much more fun. The school spirit is awesome, along with our brand new facilities. They are many opportunities to play sports at Aledo. For those who do not want to play sports, Aledo offers a P.E. program that helps with fitness.

Extracurriculars: I was always involved in athletics so speaking from experience I can say that the athletic program is definitely on of the best. Each coach for each sport thrives for a fun, competitive atmosphere for their athletes and help them to become the best they can be. Along with sports, I was also a class representative. This organization was such a privilege to be apart of because of all the staff that were on board to help our class raise enough money for prom and project celebration. Being a part of some sort of an organization is definitely a high priority at Aledo High School.
