Health & Safety: Bulling is viewed as shameful by other students but still occurs. The school is overall safe and physical fights are rare.

Extracurriculars: There are a huge variety of clubs because they are very easy to start. Some are more organized than others but overall there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Overall Experience: I have loved my time at Brentwood High School. As a whole we are known to be winners of a variety of sports which creates an exciting atmosphere of school spirit and support for one another. Our media programs are student led and have created many films about the activities at the school that everyone enjoys watching such as our class lip dub. The bar is set high at my school and encourages students to work to their maximum capabilities in academics, athletics and character.

Teachers: At Brentwood High School all of the teachers genuinely care for the students and want them to succeed. High expectations are placed on the students to take AP classes and perform well on exams. Most teachers use powerpoint notes to teach the material. Some teachers go above and beyond to provide resources for students to use to do well while others do no create these opportunities for their students. overall the teachers seem to have great knowledge on what they are teaching is i just a matter of how well they present it. Grading is done on a point system and grades seem to be fair and consistent.

Overall Experience: While I cannot take from the incredible achievements of our student body, parental support is extremely important and forms a key base for our students to gain motivation, discipline, and a desire to succeed. While most if not all parents value education and want their children to excel in High School, they also recognize student agency and the importance of a diversified palate. They support their children in clubs and many parents continue to support the clubs after the graduation of their student(s). The parents love the school, the activities, and the students and do their best to positively influence all.
