I love the brookwood community. I love the involvement of the community and the passion the teachers put into the kids

I like how diverse and large the student body is. The students generally are focused and interested in their own learning and education. The teachers work long and hard to help each student learn and grow to their full potential. I wish there was a greater collaboration between students, teachers, and the administration. Often, students and their opinions for the betterment of the school and its academic system are not consulted, which is, I believe, a serious misstep on the part of the adults involved in the running of Brookwood High School. If students had a greater input towards the running of the school, who knows how much more cohesive and strong our school could be than it is now?

If I could do it again, I would absolutely go back to Brookwood for high school. The way that the Brookwood community comes together so often in order to support the growing and ambitious students is touching, and students are lucky to go to school in which there is so much diversity and acceptance among students and teachers alike.
