Overall Experience: Brookwood High School in general is a great school. People would be lucky to go to such a great school of excellence. It may just not be for everyone though, like me. The teachers are mostly great and somewhat helpful. Our sports is one of the best and will always be the best. The student body is so great with its support for the Broncos and hopefully it continues that way. I just wished that the administration would have taken the time to get to know their students and based their decisions off of what students went to their school versus what they wanted their school to be like. Also, the custodian staff is very nice and friendly, honestly some of the sweetest people I have ever met. Overall a great school to send a child to, to help and improve in their future.

Food: Sometimes the food was really good, but sometimes it was not good at all. Sometimes it was served cold and not tasty at all. Anytime there would be something with seafood in it, the whole cafeteria smelled like it. I am the type of person that can not stand the smell of seafood, so that day I would sit in my teachers classroom and not eat. The pizza was mostly good. The cafeteria focuses a lot on healthy food, but it would have been great to see a change sometimes, like a good dessert option.

Administration & Policies: Brookwood High Schools administration is probably the worst. I was that one kid that never got in trouble throughout her 4 years of high school. I went through high school without a single detention. The principal would not really get involved with all this stuff and left it to the administrators to take care of. The new principle, as I have heard, takes things to seriously. The guidance counselors were somewhat helpful when you asked them for help, they would usually all say the same thing almost. However, the counselor assigned to me was really nice. Some of the things you would get in trouble at Brookwood high school for was dress code, forgetting textbook, tardy, not doing homework, on cellphone in class. The teachers would not give warnings but a detention for every time you did it.

Sports & Fitness: Brookwood High School is one of the schools with the BEST team spirit. Our student body literally "bleeds maroon and gold". Our school gets involved in our sports teams and even to cheer the sports teams on. Our athletic facilities are really nice and I was honored to go to a school with great facilities. We also have really great coaches. Our coaches work so hard in their teams and literally have made them the best. Our sports and fitness for Brookwood High School is the best, as I believe.

Teachers: During my high school years, all my teachers were completely different with different personalities. Some teachers were nice, mean, hard, easy, friendly, rude, concerned, etc. Most of the teachers at this school cared about their students and their success. Other teachers cared only about the schools high standards and achieving that through their ways of teaching. Some teachers were so passionate about what they taught, which is not a bad thing, but forgot that we were still learning. The consistency of grading overall was the same. I did have some great teachers that did teach me a lot that I wish would have helped me out a little bit more.
