Extracurriculars: There are numerous extracurricular activities offered at Brookwood. I participated in clubs such as student government and math honors society. Both of these clubs included sponsors that pushed us to do our best as members of the club and as students. Student government and math honors society both entailed a large amount of commitment to the club. For both of these clubs, students had to spend time outside of school volunteering and helping the community. Student government required students to participate in fundraising events for the high school and the community as a whole. Math honors society required members to tutor students in the school and at the primary levels. These clubs helped enrich the lives of the students participating in them.

Sports & Fitness: During the fall and spring semester Brookwood offers sports that students can participate in without having to try out. This encourages students to be a part of the sport because there is no fear of "not making the team." These two sports are cross country and track and field. Apart from football, these two sports have the highest number of participants because there is not a limit on number of students that can be a part of the team.

Health & Safety: The school is a very safe place for the students, as well as the faculty and staff. Bullying is rarely seen at the school since there is a zero tolerance for bullying. There are always school police present all day during the school day. Overall, Brookwood is a very safe and clean place to be.

Food: The food services at Brookwood are average. The menus are somewhat repetitive. Also, for vegetarians and people with special dietary needs, there aren't many options other than to bring your own lunch to school.

Administration & Policies: Like many other schools, Brookwood has a zero tolerance for bullying. In addition, dress code is highly administered. Attendance is highly encouraged and a failure to satisfy attendance guidelines results in punishments and a loss of privileges.
