Teachers: Most of the teacher here are great. They make sure we are on task, doing our lesson and focused on whatever we need to do. They take time out of their day to make sure that we have good stuff under our sleeves and we do. Out teachers our great.

Resources & Facilities: The school's conditioning cannot be controlled by the teacher, which is the only problem I have with it. The conditioning/heating is controlled by the main system. The facilities her are fairly clean. I normally don't have any issue with it at all. The technology is great here. I enjoy our smartboards, laptops, ipads and mobi's. The guidance councelors are great too, they are always willing to help out.

Health & Safety: I rarely hear stories about people getting bullied or hurt at this school. There are always those heathens at every school that like to cause trouble, but there are very few around here. As far as safety, I feel very safe here. Besides the fact that I might slip and fall on snow in inclimate weather conditions, I really can't complain. We often have lock and secure drills, or fire drills to make sure everyone knows the proper procedures for those specific events. We also have about 3 officers walking around here to make sure that we are safe. The most health and safety use used at this campus (in my opinion) is the school nurse. She is the nicest person that could be. She helps us with everything that we need and does it with respect. I don't think that safety will ever be an issue.

Administration & Policies: The administration here is always on top of their stuff. Sudents here are taught to make sure that they are preparing themselves for school now and even for college. We have a couple of rules put into play , like SLANT and ROCK SOLID that the students are expected to follow. The administration has been on our butts about making sure that we are prepared. And to keep us in line, the staff has come up with red and yellow cards as a warning for students behaviors. The staff here is always ready to help, and Mr. Bishop, our principal goes with the students everywhere to make sure that we represent Caprock well. I always appreciate that he travels to our extracurricular activities and makes sure that we our safe. All our our staff is simply amazing, even the janitorial staff. I would'nt take them for granted.

Extracurriculars: Being at this school opens alot of opportunities for students to be involved in extracurricular activities, if they would like to of course. Some of the programs that Caprock offer are sports, like volleyball, basketball and track, and also things like ROTC, chess club and ASL. The reason I gave my school only four out of five, is due to the fact that the students aren't as commited to their extra things as they should be. Although all of the things I have participated in are very fun, other people neglect the opportunity and take advantage of whatever they are in. The staff at this school is really helpful, and they do the best they can to teach us and help us along the way.
