Health & Safety: The health programs are lacking as many times both the school nurse and the police officer are not there due to budget cuts and splitting time between the high school and the middle school.

Extracurriculars: Choctaw high school is a place where it can be easy to get lost in the crowd. Many students here can be lazy, but the educators care about the students and seek to do the best they can. Overall it is a good place to be, and will give you a solid foundation if you get in with the right people and put forth the effort to make it a positive experience.

Overall Experience: Choctaw high school is a unique place where you will definitely make memories. The best way to do that is by joining a sport or club on campus, as this will introduce you to all sorts of things. Student support of each other is fantastic and one of my favorite things about the school.

Teachers: For the most part, teachers at Choctaw High School are very approachable and caring about each individual student. While they are great with students, many of the faculty can get lazy and lack the inner drive to teach due to the long class periods. Class control can also sometimes become an issue as students have a tendency to rule the class over the teachers. For the most part, Choctaw is a great place to learn and will help build relationships that you will cherish for a lifetime.

Health & Safety: Our school is very safe and secure. My only problem is our school nurse isn't always on campus.
