Overall Experience: Regardless of its flaws, I love Cibola and I wouldn't have gone to any other high school in Yuma given the choice. Our school does exceptionally well at almost every extra-curricular activity and sport; we are the school to beat. The school spirit has always been there since freshman year and it only seems to grow. Most of the students are helpful to their peers and are very easy-going people.

Teachers: My "okay" rating does not characterize every teacher at Cibola, but the majority. Only a few go beyond their requirement of teaching the students by actually developing a friendly relationship with them. This allows the student to be comfortable and then results in more questions asked and more help given. Unfortunately, not every teacher cares about what our grades are and what they can do to help. The majority teach ineffectively by showing us mostly PowerPoints and requiring us to take notes.

Extracurriculars: There amazing clubs that help with volunteer work and they help prepare for college.

Overall Experience: My favorite experience in school when our marching band program competed with other high schools in Arizona. It was an amazing experience that I could never forget.
