Academics: Great teachers overall. Good choices for AP and honors. Needs to have honors courses for juniors and seniors.

Food: The food was always good at school. My senior year they replaced the bagels with gluten free prepackaged bagels which were the worst though. The menu was always good. The Chinese food was great. Our school always had healthy options. Fruit and vegetables were always served. I am pretty sure there were special dietary accommodations, but I am not positive because I went out or home for lunch all of junior and senior year and I never needed dietary accommodations.

Administration & Policies: Because of the shooting at Columbine in 1999, the faculty take everything seriously which is great. I really like it and it allows students to be on their best behavior or else they will have consequences. Our counselors are great and truly care about us, and our principal who retired with my graduating class Mr. Frank DeAngelis was the most amazing man. In his 37 years being at Columbine, I think he missed 5 days. He cared soo much about his students and made Columbine's atmosphere inviting and made us all a family.

Sports & Fitness: Student definitely are involved in the athletic program at Columbine. Students also are very good at supporting most events. Students are better at supporting male events than female events. Our teams are very good in every sport, however, and are good at having school spirit. A few of our facilities could be better, but compared to some other schools, we have it good. Only a couple teachers do this, but a couple will favor the athletes over other students and give them special treatment. I think only one or two have.
