Crown Point High School is a great learning environment. With so many students and staff, it is easy to make friends and develop healthy relationships with teachers. Crown Point is unique in that, although there are many different people that attend and teach, a common goal of all is success. Most every peer I have encountered at CPHS is focused on becoming the most knowledgeable that they can be, working hard and going above and beyond. Most teachers are quite similar in that they expect a lot out of students, but do a satisfactory job at making sure that the course material is understood and is readily available to help if anyone is struggling.

Crown Point High School is specifically very involved in athletics. The favorite sport has been, and probably always will be, football. Each week the entire community gathers to watch the games, regardless of the outcomes.Athletic evens bring our community together, as kids start attending events with friends in middle school and parents attend to support the athletes. Also, families go to the events together to all enjoy the entertainment. Overall, these athletic events have made a huge impact on not only my high school experience, but my families experience. The atmosphere is amazing and enjoyed by all. I definitely would have to attend a school that relates to my high school.

This school isn't horrible, but there are certain aspects of it that I do not like about it. As previously stated this school cares more about its sports than anything else going on and the parents of sport students are really rude and care only for their child. It is an okay school, but the social aspect of it should be much better.
