Health & Safety: Desert Vista truly has the best staff of teachers and consolers that do everything possible to help students that are struggling with outside of school issues or bullying issues as well.

Extracurriculars: There are tons of after school clubs that are available for each and every student. Desert Vista offers everything from academic based club, community service based club to even a lettuce club. The clubs are highly organized and have great teacher sponsors that are just as dedicated as the kids involved.

Overall Experience: The parents of Desert Vista Students are incredibly involved with their kids extra curricular activities and help aid these programs to make it the best for their kids and their peers. However, the school does place a heavy role on its sports programs so that is where you can see the parent boosters and support put most of their energy, time, and money into.

Teachers: Just like in every school, there are a few teachers that are not the best exemplars. However, majority of the teachers are highly qualified to teach. The school has staffed some of the best teachers that go above and beyond for their students: weather it is for after school academic help, integrated real world problems into the classroom, or making lesson plans engaging for all students, Desert Vista is a great school.
