Overall Experience: Druid Hills is great for what it is. As a public school in Dekalb county, funding is limited, but the school makes the best with additions such as the International Baccalaureate and AP programs. This school has some great traditions, it is one of or THE oldest high schools in Dekalb county. That comes with a beautiful building, however, is stuck with limited parking and strange smells. The teachers that teach AP and IB are amazing, however not all are like that. I would recommend taking full advantage of the advanced classes if you want to get a good education.

Overall Experience: At times the students from certain areas of the attendance area were made to feel unequal by the parents and alumni's attitude. If their children had issues with another parent, instead of speaking with the parent to find out what was happening, they treated that parent poorly. Additionally, certain teachers did not follow the set rules of the school board and couldn't understand what the issue was when the parents stepped in an nailed them to the wall about it.

Food: The food is horrible. I don't eat it. I bring my lunch everyday.
