Extracurriculars: Elk River High School does a great job of administering different clubs and activites. Some include the Speech team, Math team, Choir, French Club, Yearbook, Spanish Club, etc. They also do a great job advertising and letting the students know that there are many things available for them to be involved in. A whole week in January at ERHS is called "snow week". During the week different clubs have representatives that play competitive games, and promote their clubs. Aside from the clubs, ERHS has many sports available. I was a part of the soccer team, dance team, prom squad, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes organization. Admin has great support and all teachers seem to be apart of an organization.

Educational Outcomes: Elk River High School played a big part of shaping who I am. I learned a lot about myself and who I wanted to be in the four years I attended ERHS. My high school played a significant part of my college selection process. They did help me in the process of knowing my options for post-secondary schools. I have always known I wanted to go to college, and major in Elementary Education. Knowing this, ERHS did help me lay out my future in the class Senior Portfolio.

Sports & Fitness: Our school has amazing sports that usually make it to state. For example our tennis team made it to state eight years in a row. It helps our athletes a lot when we have a really good strength class that has conditioning in it too. This helps keep our athletes in shape even out of season. The school also offers strength and speed in the summer from 7th grade to 12th grade to keep everyone fit in the summer. Most sports offer camps and tournaments throughout the summer also to keep the athletes up to date with techniques.
