I think that our culture could be better but the sports groups and theater and music groups are tight and build a good reputation and culture in those areas. The coaches aren't the best at including everyone and often have very clear biases but the students and participants help in that area. Academics are pretty good but they don't do one-on-one and administration and teachers don't talk about your progress and how to get better for a specific student. Parents also don't seem to be too involved with a student's progress other than four times a year. As a senior, I've seen more involvement with my parents but not in other years.
This school has started to develop a much better culture: when sports and such have successes, everyone has a reason to celebrate. I think the teachers are really good at building relationships with their students and caring about them both in and out of school. I think we could keep improving culture, though we have come a long ways.
I loved my experience at EHS! There were a few things that weren't great, but it was overall pretty good. The one thing I would change is the mistreatment that administration gives to certain students.
