Overall Experience: Like with anything...your experience is what you make of it. If you want to enjoy your time in high school then you need to get out there and participate. Enjoy the company of your friends and make new friends. All work and no play doesn't cut it. The school itself could hold more Pep Rallies especially before important games to drum up spirit and attendance. Other than that, I will miss Gila Ridge and all my experiences good and even sometimes not so good. GO HAWKS!

Extracurriculars: Extracurricular activities were fun. It was a new and great way to get out of the house and meet new people.

Educational Outcomes: I felt somewhat prepared for college. To feel completely prepared, I worked on my own to learn new material.

Food: Very bad tasting food. Most common thing at this school was a partly frozen/cold chicken sandwich with one jalepeno in the middle. Chocolate/Low Fat milk was available along with random small portions of vegetables or an unknown mixture of substances that tasted like rice or beef. The school had a snack bar which was the most popular among students. A large variety chips, a few flavors of gatorade, and chocolate chip cookies were usually always available. I usually packed a lunch from home, didn't eat, or bought a gatorade and a cookie.

Administration & Policies: My car had been keyed multiple times at school and even though there were security cameras, the school administration would not give me any information on the incident. My car had hundreds of dollars in cosmetic damage.
