Academics: My personal review, teachers can only do so much and/or teach what they feel is appropriate, but there is another side of the coin which is parents should do their part of the bargain to enforce the same.

Overall Experience: My parents are and were the most supportive and involved parents that I know of for both my brother and I since grade school or as far as I can remember. And that experience by way of watching them involved in so many activities my brother and I were part of from being a regular student to student body officers, I strongly agree on all the questions agree.
