Sports & Fitness: Athletics are popular amongst students to participate yet the entire school population has no school spirit. This problem could be contributed to lack of diversity on the teams, good instructors, and poor school conditions. The athletic facilities are extremely poor. Greeley West doesn't even have a pool for their swim team, they have to go to a local middle school for practice. There is no really no football field, or place to practice. The students even have to run around the parking lot if they choose to be in a gym class, there is no track. Overall, it's not a place you want to do your athletic activities at.

Teachers: There are a few teachers at Greeley West who truly desire only the best for their students, unfortunately, there are far more teachers who do as little as they can to get by. Most of the teachers can't control their classrooms, or provide an interesting lesson for the day. Lesson plans tend to consist of notes and tests without much explanation. Teachers try as hard as they can to avoid understanding their pupils, unless it's their favorites. Educational instructors at west have favorites, especially the students who are on a sports team. They consistently grade their favorite children higher and are unfair to those who actually try.

Teachers: most teachers I have had do try to support students in and outside of class but from my fellow peers some teachers don't care

Extracurriculars: there are many sports opportunities and a bunch of clubs to join like interact, deca, fccla, etc.
