Extracurriculars: As with any southern school district, all the focus is on football... There aren't very many opportunities to get involved besides that. We've got the typical Sports and band... But other than that, there's UIL and robotics... Not very many things to get involved in.

Overall Experience: There are some teachers that aren't very likable, but it's the same with any other school; you've got your favorites and your not-so-favorite teachers. Overall, Gunter High School is an excellent school and I would highly recommend it to anyone who was wanting to move here. Our principal and our teachers genuinely care about the students and it shows.

Student Culture & Diversity: We don't have very many Aftican American students, however, we do have many Hispanic students from very diverse homes and a few Asian students. Our school remains to be predominantly white, unfortunately
