Extracurriculars: They have many clubs and tutoring sessions after school. Most people don't go because they usually need a ride home afterwards but this year I'll start going more. They have all types of clubs like Asian club (you do not have to be Asian) , science club, Drama Club, Student Council and they have after school tutoring if you really need it. I'd still go and get my homework done there in case of any questions. They have lots of clubs to join in and you never know how nice they are until you join! They do offer you to stay later after school for help if you desire it. Otherwise the clubs are great!

Overall Experience: Hamilton High is not a bad school at all. For example the teachers are very friendly and make you feel welcomed it's just some of the students that go there. Last year, my freshmen year, tons of people got into fights and kids talked back to the teachers very rudely. What I'm saying is it's some of the students that go there that ruin the fun in the school and they mostly tend to be the ones who don't care about learning anything. I would choose this school again because like I said before the teachers are very kind they make you want to learn. I just feel like this school could do better with more rules but no uniforms! They should just have more strict rules especially with those hall way skippers. They do have tons of sports and clubs to join so that's pretty amazing to me. I didn't join anything freshmen year but I'm planning on joining more clubs or sports this upcoming year. This school isn't so bad it's just the students who decide to give it a bad reputation by acting out.

Teachers: I've only been to Hamilton High School for one year, my freshmen year. I will now be going into my sophomore year at this school in the fall. The only reason I'm going back to this school is because the teachers are nice and friendly. They make you feel comfortable and if you're struggling they try and help you move forward. I'm not saying all teachers at this school are like that I had a few teachers who just let the kids do anything but the majority of them were very respectful and actually cared about their students learning. They make you feel comfortable and try to get to know everyone even the quiet ones. Some of my past teachers had all types of different ways of learning. We would play games for about 10 minutes based on the notes we took the day before and try and memorize them. It didn't matter if we were wrong but the point is that we learned. Most of the teachers there make mistakes here and there but who doesn't? They know alot and try to teach us as much as they can with their knowledge. I can say if I had a problem I could talk to a teacher in Hamilton. Not all, but most are very friendly and if they're strict most of the times they act like that so we could learn instead of goofing off. They really grade you based on effort, if you put no effort you won't get a really good grade you see? They want everyone to pass so they teach them in different ways so we'd understand. I love the teachers in Hamilton they make you feel welcomed.

Teachers: It's great to be part of Hamilton High School student. You get to know mostly everyone when you are in junior already. Every staff care about our safety and our education. Staff members care about our grades. Students are friendly and are hard workers. Many students in Hamilton High School take AP class so they can get college credit. Many of my friends are willing to go to college after high school. Students are doing what they can to meet their goals.
