The many clubs and organizations are somewhat cliche-y, but the school itself is maintained well enough and there is plenty of opportunity for growth of the school and of the students who attend.

I personally don't know many parents at the school other than mine and a few of my friends'. I will say though that parents don't really support school events as much as they should. I am in the JROTC program at my school and the booster club struggles with its numbers. The club is constantly trying to recruit members, and commonly to no prevail.

This school has many different extra curricular activities that students can become a part of. Being part of a school that is known to excel in most of its extracurricular activities such as sports or fine arts, it may be difficult for some students to find their place in the atmosphere of competition. Being a member of the fine arts department and my participation in the theatre arts program would attract me to choosing this school if i could do it all over again. Despite being another competitive activity, the theatre program allows all types of students to express themselves in the midst of a sometimes hectic high school life.
