I have been challenged and have shown myself that I can overcome difficult encounters. I love my school and I know my parents have sacrificed a lot to send me here. I appreciate the all-girl environment, I have been able to focus on what is important, my future. The school spirit is self-evident, but sometimes I feel that the students involve themselves too much with what is not important. The modular system them by school follows has enabled the students to emulate a college schedule, which I feel has prepared me the most. If I could do it all over again, I would still choose Incarnate Word. There will always be things that we wish we can change, but overall, I feel at home. The grass is always green when there are shamrocks!

Overall, it's a hard school, but manageable, it prepares you for college (as I am realizing now). This school helps students become great women who plan to make a change. Incarnate Word teaches students to speak up and that it is perfectly okay to have different opinions and interests about many topics. Students here are challenged and supported by peers and faculty/staff. This school is also unique because it is an all-girls school. At first, I wasn't too sure about the "no boys" school, but I quickly fell in love with the idea of it. Being an all-girls school helps you focus more on school than relating and socializing with the opposite sex. Finally, I would not have wanted to graduate from any other school because the bond I created with my classmates aren't only considered my friends, but my "sisters".

I complain about Incarnate Word a lot, because it is challenging, and I am stressed out pretty often, but it is honestly a great school. Looking back on the past four years, I realize that I have made many wonderful memories. I am endlessly thankful for the people I have met, many of whom will be lifelong friends of mine. The only thing at Incarnate Word that is sometimes disagreeable is the administration, which is often too strict and unforgiving. The administration at Incarnate expects students to be working all the time, all day, which is completely unreasonable. They have a tendency to crack down on things that are completely unimportant, which frustrates the student body. However, the teachers at Incarnate Word are wonderful: caring yet challenging.
