Overall Experience: I love the enthusiasm and I am a member of the Best Buddies program which we are assigned a mentally challenged student every year and I enjoy showing that we are all the same and have the same interests. The staff and teachers are awesome and so willing to help and want you to succeed. We are one family there and we are Indy Nation!

Overall Experience: I probably would not choose this school at the time I went because it was so overpopulated that making friends was difficult.

Overall Experience: The school was a really well put together school. We had some of the best resources, the teachers all seemed to care about students and getting them to graduate. There wasn't a lot of violence or bad behavior from students and there weren't many "scandals" from the administration. I think the only bad thing of Independence High School is that it seemed that the administration only cared to put extra curricular funding into the sports teams, mainly into the football team. That always seemed a litle discerning because all of the other extracurricular activities like the drama department and the band and the volleyball team did incredibly well for themselves, and never really seemed to get the recognition from the adminstration

Overall Experience: The teachers are great, but what makes high school good is the people you go to school with. I never liked a lot of the people that attended that school.
