Academics: The school offers many classes from languages, different types of art, sports, history, science, and many electives for fun or get to learn a new tool. Our scheduling process is based on the A-G requirements so students can have completed them first then take any class they wish. The school offers regular classes to honors and to AP classes. The higher class level the more workload you have to be at that level. Most students like the film making class even if they do not take it because at the end of the year we get to enjoy and watch the films the classes made. There are many options we get to chose from and not forced to take the classes you do not want only the classes you need to meet requirements.

Student Culture & Diversity: The school culture is Hispanic but we have a variety of people who come to our school colored or none color. We all get along very well there is no discrimination. Also we don't care about your sexual orientation we are a bit family and everyone is nice and respecting to everyone. We are not a school to show hatred to each other for your culture or diversity.

Extracurriculars: The extracurricular activities are amazing like sports is a big thing because we are a very competitive school. At our school you can join over so many clubs or make your own club like we have ping pong, Pokemon, chess, and many teachers and administrators enjoy that people are involved in a club. Our leadership club is outstanding as well as our college center workshops. The commitment of people going clubs is high many students are in clubs.

Overall Experience: I would always chose this school again because the environment is great. The culture brings everyone together like in sporting events. The best experience at this school was when i played football and we had this thing called the East LA Classic. This was the biggest football rivalry game we two school not to far from each other came together and reunited with many others again. It's unbelievable on how many people show up for this event and both teams fans come together for this great moment we have every year. The community and the people make the school unique.

Teachers: The teachers a spectacular there amazing at what they do. The students and teachers create a bond that gets us ore connected. If needed help they tell you to come during lunch, after school or before class begins. There interest in us is that we all pass classes get our A-G requirements done too be able to get to college. There are teachers who take there time to stay after school work even harder to tutor the students who need help on things like math and english. They grade us on our work everyday and our participation. Our teachers interest is good because they come to support there students at games, speech debates and also at decathlons.
