Teachers: The teachers at Burke truly care. They are there for each of their students from early morning until well after school has been over. They talk to their classes and explain every detail of the grading system and if someone is struggling they will either set you up with an AP tutor student or help you out themselves.

Resources & Facilities: The facilities at Burke are good quality. All of the classes are college prep and the arts department is filled with different things like Theater, painting, sculpting, etc. We have instituted Ipads this year and all of our work is done on these with frequent references to our books. Burke also has a Parent Club which is thriving.

Health & Safety: Burke Catholic is a very safe school. I never feel afraid at any time. Sometimes after sports I need to wait for a ride home and I never have a bad feeling about this. The school nurse takes care of us and sometimes she knows we just need to rest and then go back to class. The students welfare is first and foremost at Burke. We have drills for every emergency which has never happened.

Administration & Policies: As stated above, the guidance counselors are fully aware and capable of dealing with student issues both social and psychological. Controversial policies are dealt with in each and every curriculum. The Religion Department is thriving and deals with the most current topics in todays world and students discuss major issues with knowledge and heart.
