Overall, my experience at Judson High School was enjoyable. Most of the teachers were really good, and definitely helped push me to try harder and always do my best. The AP program was good and helped prepare me for the tests I took. There are plenty of clubs and organizations to join on campus, but some of them have little funding and the teachers have to pay for some materials out of their own pocket. The sports programs are highly competitive and very good. The school is very large and diverse, but actually has too many students, and some classes are overflowing. The administrations does a good job for how many students they need to control, but there are still plenty of problems with some students. In the regular classes, the teachers often have little control over the students, and the administration does not handle students disobeying that well. However, the campus is safe, with many precautions taken like locked doors, security cameras, and police officers close by.

I am a Judson alumni of 2014 and here's my take on with this high school. There was many programs to look into with what you want to do. The health programs were top notch and hands on experience was great to implicate. Choir, band, and the arts are something to enjoy if you were in it. When it comes to Judson as well, football and basketball is well known with our records. The games are extremely fun to go to. It is energetic and alive with spirit at these games. When it comes to academics, there are great faculty members that teach and challenge you to be your best with understanding the material that is taught to you. Parents are always in the loop with what events occur at the high school. The food could be better since there is not a lot of options for a healthy meal. Administration is neither good nor bad, but there are hiccups that can lead to problems with attendance and grades.

My experience with Judson High School was not pleasant. I had a very hard time adjusting as I had moved high schools twice in the past year, and the amount of people overwhelmed me. I come from a small school where learning is more personal and you are able to learn more from teachers who really care about the students and aren't there just to have a job. I would like to see teachers who are more caring and understanding of student situations, and honestly want to see them succeed in life and not just in their class.
