I loved the time I spent at this school, especially the time our baseball team (I was a pitcher) in my Junior year beat Houston County. I feel like the uniqueness of this school is due to us being in the top 100 in the nation. Student involvement has been second to none. There's a loyalty and pride in both student and faculty that in my opinion beats all.

As with most public schools, the parental problems are less indicative of the school's abilities and more representative of the students' attitudes. Most kids just don't apply themselves and most parents have enough problems on their hands as it is. I was one of the rare cases in which my parents were loving, supportive, and took the time to help me.

I am in the band and I play the clarinet. Every practice, football game, and competition I'm there playing my instrument. But besides Band there are many other things that make my school unique such as Flag Line, Drill Team, all the clubs and organizations we have, and even the lunches.
