Lancaster High School is a school that doesn't have much of an impact on a student unless they're involved in a program or pathway. Those who're in programs or pathways get way more opportunities than those who don't and that's pretty much the only downside of this school besides the behavior of the students. That doesn't have much to do with the school in general, it's most likely problems that stem from home being brought into school. The school has been doing a better job minimalizing these problems such as violence though so it's great to see that students are getting more along with each other now. Overall, this school will have a lasting impact on me though since I was so involved! I really enjoyed my time here with the connections I made through the rigorous, but useful, school programs and the caring teachers!
The school isn't the greatest. However most of the teachers are motivated to see their students excel and learn in their classrooms. They have a vast selection of after school clubs such as E-sports, robotics, chess clubs and so on. However the school isn't the safest and there are a lot of fights, but overall it's an all-right school.
Pretty uninvolved school not really preparing students that well for college, faculty was usually less than pleasant and there was clear segregation....glad i graduated.
