The quality of the teachers is very diverse. You have a few who actually who to see the students excel, whereas other teachers are simply doing it for a check. Some of the teachers even have little to no knowledge about the subject area in which they are teaching because there is always a student there to clear up errors of the teacher. Although the English department is very strong with few of them possessing a lot of knowledge about writing skills. The foreign language teacher is one the best. She is consistent with grading and always available to help students who are not grasping the information. In retrospect, it starts with the head of the school being the principal. The school lacks consistency with keeping one. The principal is forever changing from year demonstrating bad leadership within the school because students or parents do not have anyone they can refer themselves to in a time of need.

In my opinion, every teacher has a different personality. Sometimes I feel like students are being somewhat cheated out of a true education because we have those kind of teachers who are lazy and just wants to make sure they promote students to the next grade level when they're not truly ready. I can't blame the teachers as much either, I also blame the students for not taking their education seriously. The teacher's job is to teach and meet certain criteria, it's the students job to come to school, maintain a good attitude, and learn.

The reason why I chose the rating as "It's okay" because it's not the best and it's not the worst either. We have numerous of children who act like hooligans, and think it's all fine & dandy interrupting other people's learning process. For example, during assemblies, people are very rude. I've witnessed the crowd laugh at people who was on the stage. I've heard people judge every single person that they saw and so much more. To talk about school spirit? It SUCKS. 0%. The principal tries to keep everyone together but he needs 100% cooperation from the students and he can't get that. It's like we're a family, but we're not.
