Extracurriculars: The staff help start clubs and support meeting and events but most of the clubs are run by the students.

Athletics is a big part of this school and there are a lot of coaches here all afternoon with the kids. Administration supports these activities.

Teachers: There are always good and bad teachers but the overall quality and caring seem to be high. They have interests and knowledge they try to pass on.

Health & Safety: There is a campus policeman that helps with security. Many of the staff are watching the front parking lots and congregation areas before and after school and at lunch. I feel that most kids feel safe on this campus. The school Nurse allows students who are in need of a "time out" to come relax in the health office at lunch. This is a good way to talk to kids in general about life. There are also clubs at lunch that sort of support the kids that need to be more away from the crowd.

Overall Experience: There is a very diverse group of students on campus. Many different ethnicities and cultures with clubs to support some of their traditions and ways of thinking. Many low to moderate income students who have little support at home and are able to have support they need for success if they are interested. Few higher income students who learn that not all students have the opportunities that they have and learning that some students never have money for lunch or after school activities. I feel this teaches all the students to learn to be nice and friendly to all students and see how the other side lives.

Extracurriculars: There are clubs on campus but they usually have club meetings during school not after.
