Lone Peak High School Reviews
Rating 4.07 out of 5 1,070 reviews
Lone peak high school is a great place to get a high school education. The teachers care about your success and work with you to make sure that it happens. There are so many people so you are able to find your group of friends. Activities are abundant so you can decide what you love most and get into the community that share that same life. Like anywhere, lone peaks does have its bullies and ruff times, but that doesn't make it terrible. The admin is always there to help you in any way you need. Overall Lone Peak high school has the best environment to be able to learn and grow.
Lone Peak high school is a great school that I am very lucky to attend. One thing that makes Lone Peak stand out is the people there. Lots of the students, the teachers, and the faculty are all so supportive and hardworking. The dances and school events are always amazing! You can tell how much work and thought is put into these events and I think almost everyone always has a great time at them. However, not everything is perfect at Lone Peak. Even though there are many amazing teachers at this school, I did have one that wasn’t the best. This teacher did not seem to know exactly what he/she was doing, even though he/she was very nice, he/she was not the best teacher, so if I wanted to see anything change anything about Lone Peak I would want to change the way the pick teachers to make sure they are qualified to teach the great students. Overall Lone Peak is a great school and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
As an immigrant, my experience was "bittersweet". The teachers were very nice and understanding in all the classes I took all three years I attended this school. The amount of homework was not too heavy and reasonable for the level of education. There were many resources and activities for the students to not just do school but also learn other things and socialize. It was hard to be an immigrant in this school because there was not much variety of people. Most people attending the school at the time were Americans from Utah specifically and they had known the people they hung out with since they were little so it was difficult to make friends.
