I personally loved my journey at Los Osos High School. The aspect of family is strong and helps students to know that they have a family at school. The sports as well as the clubs truly keep our school involved with one another. Their is a very strong sense of school spirit all throughout the high school. Not only is our school spirit through the roof, but our readiness for college and the future is astounding. Los Osos truly prepares its' students for great success through rigorous courses and always providing resources. Their is always some form of tutoring available, computer resources as well as book resources are always at hand. The NHS club provides tutoring daily to ensure help to the students of Los Osos. I am very proud to be a Los Osos Grizzly!

From what I can compare to among other schools by other teachers and visitors word or mouth, is that our school is very well taken care of and so are its students and staff inside of it. At Los Osos High School it is very difficult to leave and get onto the campus during school hours because our security guards ensure that all the gates to our school are very well locked and our teachers make sure that their doors get locked automatically if ever there were to be an emergency situation.

Our janitors and custodians make sure that our safety is their number one priority as well. They make sure that our school is cleaned regularly by completing daily, weekly and monthly duties. This includes washing our quad keeping it free and clean from anything that may spill on it and cleaning our classrooms and hallways regularly so that it will be a healthy and safe environment free from germs and any little allergies or illness that could possibly be lingering around from students. Which also is similar to the nurses job. If someone were to feel ill or get hurt, the nurses do an extraordinary job of making sure that our students remain strong and healthy.

My school does an extremely good job at keeping our schools environment clean and healthy for all students. No doubt about it!

Los Osos High School (LOHS) is well-rounded academically, racially and socially diverse, and technologically advanced, as well as having a safe learning environment. Academically, LOHS provides numerous Advanced Placement courses in all major subjects. Racially diverse, LOHS has over 3,300 students in attendance of mixed religious and ethnic backgrounds. Known for its over seventy clubs, LOHS offers a plethora of opportunities for students to meet new people and learn about themselves and others. In addition to traditional pen and paper resources, LOHS also has working wifi and computer labs, as well as a school website, are also provided to increase the learning and communication abilities of students, parents, and faculty alike. Finally, a full-time campus security team is always present on campus to provide safety and security. LOHS is truly an amazing school and a great institution
