Overall Experience: I have enjoyed my experience and done well in school. I am well prepared for college, but I wish the school did more to help in my college selection. Friends are hard to come by in such a large environment, especially where some grammar schools dominate in the admissions process. Overall, though, a great Catholic high school I would highly recommend.

Overall Experience: Loyola is a rigorous and challenging school for intelligent youth. Although it may lack diversity, it compensates for that with excellence in academics, sports, and liberal arts.

Overall Experience: Academics at Loyola are very strong thanks to great teachers and a good staff. However with my class it felt as though it was divided between the suburb kids and the city kids. Therefore hanging out on the weekends was very difficult because of distances between houses.

Administration & Policies: The guidance department at Loyola is really strong. We are required to see our councillors twice a week in a classroom setting, and so when they write letters of recommendation for us, they actually know us very well. In this class with the councillors, we usually cover topics like mental health, bullying and college. Attendance and tardy JUGs usually depend on the teacher.
