Health & Safety: The nurse just gives you a bag of ice and tells you to go back to class. As for safety, I haven't felt unsafe at any point in my high school life.

Food: I don't eat at our cafeteria but when I used to eat there they never had cookies or cakes or any sugar. They abid by Michelle Obama's world wide health program.

Extracurriculars: All the clubs and organizations have a set day and time they have meetings and it's always announced on the intercom so the whole school knows about it. They offer academic help for those who need it and they are tutored by other students which is supervised by the teacher in charge of that.

Administration & Policies: Our principal is always walking around going into class rooms to make sure everything is going smoothly. We sometimes have meetings in the gym where he talks to us about our progress compared to how things were last year. The councelors are always looking to help people whether it be a personal problem or help with colleges or scholarships and always say their office is open for anyone who needs it. Bullying at our school is not really big, like I said everyone puts up with everyone. Dress code is very very inforced, you either get in school detention or they make you change.

Sports & Fitness: At this school anyone has the chance to try out for athletics. If you start school in the middle of the year because you have recently moved and have missed try outs you can always talk to a coach or sponsor of that sport and ask to join. They are always looking to make the team bigger and better. Student involvement is really great everyone comes out and supports the teams, it's always announced on the intercom the date and time and event is happening. Team is a word used often around here, even after a loss everyone is saying "keep your head up". We truly are a family here and anyone could tell you that.
