New Prague Senior High School Reviews

I've had a good run so far for high school. The one thing is we need more support from our community. Our community has not voted for any of the bills. We have been having staff shortages, class cancels and not enough support from counselors.
I believe that the crux of my issues involving New Prague revolves around the attitude of the community regarding education. We have cut another few million dollars this year which will have disastrous consequences on the school into the future. I'm sad to say it, as I enjoyed my time here, but I am glad I am getting out while I can.
My time at New Prague High School has allowed me a lot of growth and learning. I was only inside the high school for one full year, my freshman year was distance learning because of the Covid-19 pandemic, and I attended Minnesota State University, Mankato full time as a junior and this year as a senior. Since freshman year was during when the Covid-19 pandemic, I did not have a typical high school experience. But, as difficult as that time was, my learning was not hugely taken away from. I was able to learn and make good connections with my teachers and classmates because of the resources we were allowed. The use of technology and the teachers and students being technologically educated made this experience beneficial for me. My sophomore year was good, and I was able to participate in many things such as extracurriculars, the honor roll and was provided with useful education. As I mentioned before, I did PSEO this year and last, New Prague High School prepared me well for this.
