Overall Experience: Teachers are so friendly, caring, and want you to succeed. A lot of work but I learned a ton and am more than prepared for college and the work world. I love that you can do anything and everything from being the lead in the school play to playing football to leading clubs.

Overall Experience: I love this school to death, honestly. North Shore's combination of incredibly rigorous academics and a laid back student body is unparalleled by many institutions. At North Shore, you can be that kid who is an amazing athlete and a big participant in the party scene, but also leader of the math club and a National Merit Scholar. Truly, you can bridge the world of jocks and of nerds here - neither really exist, as by virtue of being at North Shore, you are a nerd.

Teachers: All these teachers are top notch in their respective fields. They are all very knowledgeable, and do a strong job of passing their knowledge on to the students

Resources & Facilities: North Shore as an amazing amount of resources, well beyond what most schools of North Shore's size have. The library houses everything from children's books to antique literature from the 19th century. The athletic facilities are top notch and commensurate with North Shore's high level of athletic competition. Above all, though, are the college counselors. As a result of their work, North Shore's college counseling department has come to be known as the top in its level of academic prestige (Latin, Chicago Lab, Parker). They prepare students exceedingly well for the college process, and are a very accessible resource throughout it.

Health & Safety: This school is really as safe as one can realistically get. Of course, there will always be bullying - it's a fact of life. Nevertheless, the school does anything and everything they can to keep it down and almost completely nonexistent.
