Teachers: There are a mixture of good and bad teachers. We did not have good administration or other faculty. But, some teachers actually acted like they cared about our education and well being.

Extracurriculars: There are many things to be a part of, but it is not centralized on equality so much.

Health & Safety: When I attended Northside, I did not like the type of learning environment that it was. It basically made me realize that my goals should be much bigger and that I needed to work hard to reach those goals because most people around me in school probably would not.

Overall Experience: If I could do it all over, I don't think I would attend Northside High School again. Keeping in mind every school is not perfect and has it's own flaws, but Northside has kept it to where a student cannot enjoy their high school experience. There is many favoritism in the school and the rules have definitely gotten out of hand. I understand if it is supposed to improve the education in the school, but the majority of it is highly irrelevant to the education that the students receive.

Teachers: Some teachers are good with communicating well with the students, and others make it hard for students to reach out to them. While it is good for teachers to be stern and keep the class in control, I feel it shouldn't reach the point to where the students feel inferior to them or threatened. This limits the chance of student's actually engaging in the classwork or it also creates the students not to feel like they can ask questions and therefore, limits their grades and educations.
