Extracurriculars: I partipated in a variety of different clubs when I went there. Habitat for humanity was my favorite. We actually got to help rebuild houses on the jersey shore that were hit by hurricane Sandy. I was also in Interact, another community service organization. I participated in Student Council, our haunted walk (which funded the performing art club), history club, choir, track and field, and there's probably more that I just can't remember. They were all very enjoyable. These activities were not only a way to get the most out of our education, but another way to make friends and hang out without the pressure of a normal classroom environment.

Teachers: Usually you hear people talk about their favorite teacher from high school and it's almost always just 1. I don't have a favorite teacher because there were so many that greatly influenced me. Oakcrest may not be the best school in the country, or even the state, but we do have some of the best teachers. They're not only great at teaching, but they are also caring, funny, and understanding. They made going to high school a little less miserable.
