Resources & Facilities: The school has just been remodeled. It is very nice on the inside and out. There is a brand new athletic building and Opelika holds the performing arts center in the school . We used it as our stage for theatre productions and other things. There is something for everyone and every building is accomadating.

Sports & Fitness: Opelika is known for great facilities. Not all of the facilities are on campus (ie tennis courts, pool, soccer fields) but they are kept and maintained by the schools team and other staff. The football field is only a couple years old now and it is marvelous.

Student Culture & Diversity: There were definite social groups but they always tended to blend together at some point. Really, you could talk to anyone and be fine unless ya'll had an issue with one another.

Administration & Policies: The dress code was very strict. The boys must have shirts tucked in with a belt at all times. Girls had a below mid thigh rule, no spaghetti straps or halters. Holes in the pants were unacceptable. Our backpacks had to be clear or mesh and all other bags had to be in your locker at all times.

Health & Safety: We have on-guard officers to prevent anything bad from happening. The schools zero tolerance policy was very clear and students mostly followed the rules.
