Food: The food service at the school is fairly organized. They have a heavy staff that do the same jobs everyday. There is a huge variety of food but I feel as if they could be somewhat better. I know a lot of things are frozen but I think there could be better quality food. I think the main lunch could be better though. Have things students really like.

Administration & Policies: Some of the policies are necessary and some of aren't. For instance I think the tardy/late policies are very efficient. As well as the demerit ranks. I think it's unnecessary how strict the administration is on dress code. I understand it's not mature for guys to be hanging their pants down to their knees and for girls to be showing a lot of butt or boobs but I feel like there needs to be more of a happy medium. I feel like tank tops should be allowed at school, maybe not spaghetti straps but at least an inch. It's also hard for girls to find shorts if there legs are the majority of their body.

Sports & Fitness: School spirit is a huge deal at Oswego High School. The crew is known as the "Orange Crew". They are generally really big at basketball and football games. Although the school has been implementing other sport teams to go to other sporting events.

The school also has great athletic facilities and we have one of the top weight rooms in Illinois for high school.

Student involvement is huge, whether you are an athlete or not. Everyone is involved in the sport whether it's playing or cheering.

Teachers: There are definitely the handful of good teachers and a handful of okay teachers. The really good teachers get to know you personally. They care don't just care about giving you the top education but they also care about how you are doing personally. When there is a problem they want you to be able to approach them and talk about it. Most of the teachers are really reasonable too. They work with students a lot and are free before school, during, or after. Each teacher has a different teaching style which is kind of nice because then you are able to find what works best with you.

Extracurriculars: Student Athletic Training: This took your full on commitment. This class learned the fundamentals of the body and bodily injuries. Students are also able to work with the athletes. There is a requirement of 300 hours to pass a portion of the class.

BIONIC: Believe It Or Not I Care. Bionic recruits student leaders who are a positive force in the school community. These student leaders are trained as mentors for the TALK program. TALK stands for Teens Activating the Language of Kindness. It's the schools biggest anti-bullying initiative. During TALK day, students learn how to communicate positively with peers. It encourages students to be open and make healthy choices.

There is Softball, Volleyball, Football, Tennis, Baseball, Track and Field, Wrestling, Basketball, Badminton, and Cross Country
