Overall Experience: I could honestly say that this school made me who I am today. There have been many ups and downs which are givens for any high schooler, however Oswego is unique. It has so many clubs, and activities that benefit the community. Through all our differences, we rally around each other in times of need. Through all the boy drama, the cat fights, the break ups, the makeups, the smiles, and tears I turned into the student, friend, and adult I am meant to be. Thank you to Oswego for making me, me.

Food: The food is made with unknown meat products, and the sandwich line takes over half the lunch period. I usually settle for a granola bar and water bottle, and if I'm lucky, sometimes a salad.

Administration & Policies: The administration is very thorough. However, often good students are scolded for something as simple as being in the hall, even with a pass! The dress code is hypocritical, allowing males to wear shoulder revealing tanks, while females get in trouble right away. Students who are quietly working at the computer stations will get in trouble, and possibly face a detention for not have a silly pass, even though they were doing nothing wrong. Administration tends to crack down on bullying and violence, which is a good thing.

Sports & Fitness: The athletics at Oswego High School are top notch. They're possibly the program in the entire school that gets the most funding and attention compared to the Arts programs, and even educational programs. Football and Basketball are really favored over any other sport, and many sports are often ignored. Not only as a whole are the other sports being ignored, but so are their essential needs. Also, Athletes who are especially skilled are favored and often get grades handed to them or get out of trouble. I believe this is very unfair. However, the school spirit, especially during football season, is outstanding. Go Panthers!!!!!

Teachers: The teachers that I have had the pleasure of being educated by throughout my high school career have been enjoyable, engaging, and understanding. Most take into account an individual students needs, whether it's personal issues, scheduling problems, or troubles with the material being taught. The Educators have been respectful, and delightful majority of the time.
