One thing I don’t like the administration. These past couple of months, I have been put under immense stress with the fear of not graduating. My junior year, I was told I would be able to graduate early, though I chose not to. But now, as a senior, I was told that I would not be able to graduate because I didn’t take geometry. Administration at Parkville High were not supportive at all in telling me this devastating news, nor helping me and family fix it. They gave me a double sided sword and said the only way I would be able to graduate is if I disrupt my whole schedule and take geometry (dropping me out of the math class I take now) or spent weeks studying for the final and hoping I pass. Even though administration run credit checks to help make sure students are on task for graduation, they made this seem like it was my fault. To get a justifiable answer, I had to reach out to the superintendent’s office. Thank god, it is all settled now, and I’ll be graduating with my peers.
Parkville High School offers diverse academics, vibrant activities, caring staff, and modern facilities, fostering student growth and community involvement.
I had the unfortunate experience of attending Parkville High School, and I can confidently say it was a complete nightmare. From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I was in for a terrible high school journey.
First of all, the administration at Parkville High School is a disaster. They seem completely disinterested in the well-being of the students and more concerned with maintaining their own power. Trying to get any sort of assistance or support from them is like pulling teeth. They are unapproachable, unresponsive, and unhelpful.
The teachers at Parkville High School aren't much better. Many of them seem burnt out and disengaged. It's clear that they are just going through the motions and not putting in any effort to inspire or educate their students. The quality of education I received was subpar at best, and I felt like I was just another number in the system.
