Student Culture & Diversity: Pearland is very diverse, so many of the social cliques common at other high schools just don't exist. Most of the students also tend to be pretty accepting. However, there is a number of intolerant people scattered throughout Pearland.

Academics: Most of the teachers are great, and they know how best to teach the students.

Extracurriculars: A lot of resources go into band and football. Most of the other sports get a decent amount of funding and attention. Most of the clubs are fun, but they have little support beyond the students in the clubs and the respective teacher advisor.

Teachers: Most of my teachers taught me quite a bit about their subject areas. However, there are also a few teachers that I have never really learned anything from.
