Pinkerton Academy Reviews
Rating 3.88 out of 5 808 reviews
My journey with Pinkerton Academy commenced midway through my freshman year, coinciding with my family's relocation from Billerica, MA to Derry, NH. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, Pinkerton's faculty facilitated my integration with compassion and diligence, arranging Zoom meetings and campus tours. Throughout the crisis, Pinkerton remained committed to providing students with a comprehensive education. The school's resilience and adaptability have fostered continuity and stability, ensuring equal opportunities for academic growth. Pinkerton Academy epitomizes unity and camaraderie, evident in the vibrant atmosphere of our pep rallies and the diverse array of clubs. Our collective pride is unmistakable, reflected in the overwhelming support for our sports teams. At Pinkerton, we proudly proclaim, "We bleed red and white," a testament to our allegiance to our alma mater. However, something I would like to see changed in the future is more college-prep early on.
As a student at Pinkerton Academy for all four years that I have been in high school, I can say that I have had a wide range of teachers. Some were amazing and I would never want to leave their classroom but others pushed me over the edge. I have made my closest friends that I know will have my back at Pinkerton but I have also had some very bad experiences with people at the school. I think Pinkerton is whatever you make it. On the other hand, the CTE programs have made me feel more than prepared for college and the area of study that I want to enter, which is nursing. I am receiving my LNA from them and feel more knowledgable than most other high school seniors about my major and area of study to come.
My experience with Pinkerton has been wonderful. Everyone is friendly and kind, always willing to help. From day one I felt welcome and supported. The Pinkerton team is highly professional and always ready to provide assistance and guidance. Additionally, their attention to detail and commitment to excellence have been exceptional. I am very grateful for the quality of service I have received and would recommend Pinkerton to anyone looking for a positive and trustworthy experience.
