Academics: Depending on the student, I think the workload is very manageable. For the student that wants to challenge themselves, there are an abundant amount of classes and resources for the student to do so. Counselors are also very helpful in pushing the students to better themselves and challenge them. If a student wants to get into a class, it is usually a very easy process. Even if a class is full, counselors will do their best to fit it into a student's schedule so that they can take the classes that they want to.

Student Culture & Diversity: Reynolds is a very accepting school, as it is made up of a ton of different types of students. This school strongly supports different ethnic backgrounds and whatever sexual orientation students might have. Because of this, student involvement is pretty high when it comes to school events and different things the school has to offer. The community here feels very accepting, which makes it a very good and safe place to learn.

Extracurriculars: There are a variety of different clubs offered at this school, most of which are run by student teams. Many of these after school clubs give students a chance to not only improve themselves as students, but further their education. From Key Club to National Honor Society, these clubs all prepare students for their future. This school also offers a ton of ethnicity clubs such as the Latino Club, Islander Club, Student Union, LGBT, and many more. The clubs reach out to a variety of students, so students can find what fits them best.

Overall Experience: My high school experience here at Reynolds High School is filled with lots of great memories including school events, extra curricular activities, and the relationships I've built with many people. What makes my school so unique is the ethnic diversities it has to offer. Reynolds High School is considered the most diverse school in the state of Oregon, which I think is an amazing quality for a school to offer. This has allowed me to bond with many different types of people, broaden my horizon, and enjoy all my school has to offer. This quality alone would make me want to choose this school again, if I had the chance to do it all over.

Many of the teachers I have had care a lot about their students and want a bright future for them and do their best to help achieve this. From after school help, to one-on-one teaching, many teachers at Reynolds High School go above and beyond for their students.
