I've been very involved in extracurricular activities, and have had fulfilling experiences in all! As a varsity athlete, I have had opportunities to complete across the state and train with incredible coaches, and as an editor of the school newspaper, I have loved getting to see the behind-the-scenes aspects of what goes on around the campus.

After my four years at TC, I have never witnessed any acts of bullying. Personal safety is very good at TC. There are tons of security measures in place at TC. There are cameras EVERYWHERE at TC. We have 3 armed Sheriff officers on duty everyday that monitor the school and wonder around the school making sure everything is as it should. The safety measures are very high. TC has about 1600 students, and we are able to evacuate the campus during a fire drill in under 1 minute. That is great. Last year we had a real fire at the school, and because we have a fire drill every month, the students and staff knew exactly what to do. TC is within literally 30 seconds drive from the nearest police and fire department.

The school is well-maintained and all of the teachers and staff are friendly.

I have had so many wonderful classes that it's hard to choose a favorite; Latin, Theatre, and the Microsoft Office classes stand out from the rest.

My main complaint is that sometimes it feels like the school's administration doesn't care about students and staff beyond statistics - the computer system is badly managed, for example.

Despite this, the wonderful teachers and wide selection of classes more than compensate for this.
