Sports & Fitness: Sports are important for us. All students are encouraged to attend any sport events when possible. Nobody is looked down upon if they don't show school spirit. We simply believe that going to school events and showing our support builds and establishes unity within our school. For football and basketball games, the pep band is present which adds excitement. During half-time the drill team and cheer squad perform. Students are encouraged and are expected to keep any athletic areas clean and respect any sport equipment. Anybody can try out for a sport but there are some requirements needed or other times there aren't. Either way nobody is exempted from participating in school sports.

Teachers: The teachers at Timpview High School are exceptional! Our teachers understand that students learn differently and therefore they try to incorporate ways which helps different people's learning style. The teachers also make it a high priority to keep a quality learning environment. Everybody has an opportunity to share their opinions and ask questions. We also believe that it's important to know our peers so we learn our classmates names and things about them. Each monday is consultation which is when a student may get help from their teachers. Teachers are also available after school. The grading policy is fair meaning that nobody is the exception and so the teachers grade fairly but also give the students an opportunity to redo any assignments.

Health & Safety: I feel ridiculously safe at school so I figure that they are doing everything to make us feel so. They do have drills so we know what to do. There are also cameras to keep an eye on everything.
