Health & Safety: There are a lot of health and safety measures at the school, but there are still some things that need work. The security guards are clearly unarmed and most are out of shape. This wouldn't bode too well if there was a serious emergency. The bullying is also not as addressed as it should as some students are being bullied but don't know how to do anything about it. The health department however is top notch. The nurse and athletic trainers/doctors are very friendly and always help to treat your injuries.

Extracurriculars: There are many clubs and orginizations at the school. We have clubs ranging from FBLA (future business leaders of America), to the queer straight alliance to even an anime and video game club. All the clubs get a lot of administration support and help. And if a student wants to start a new club, they can do so relatively easily.

Overall Experience: I loved my time at Upper Darby High School. I met many new friends and joined many new clubs and sports teams. My favorite expirence is being on the track team and having a strong bond with the people there. What makes this school unique is definetly its size. It is one of the largest high schools in Pennsylvania and one of the biggest in the country as well.

Teachers: For the most part, the teachers at Upper Darby are out to help you. Most of them are very approachable and you can see many of them after class. The problem is because of the larger class sizes (I had almost 40 kids in one class once) they cannot adequetly help the struggling students, and they often get left behind.

Health & Safety: The security at Upper Darby seems to do what is necessary but when its time to let students in they are late, they have favoritism among many students. During lunch they play around with the students who run around and who don't have lunch at that time. Although they struggle with this they are very good at keeping this school really safe. If anyone is armed which is rare they always know what to do.
